Korean BBQ

For the first time at Bentoville, charcoal-grilled Korean BBQ takes the stage with Chef Brian Shin. Chef Brian has staged and worked across some of the most celebrated kitchens in the world — The Fat Duck, Manresa, Mugaritz, Corton, and Alinea — before settling in San Francisco, where he spent over a decade with the team at Benu. He was a founding partner of The Snug, helped open Hina, and most recently served as chef de cuisine at San Ho Won. Next year, Chef Brian opens Ajae in Oakland, his own restaurant, built around Korean comfort food. Before that door opens, he's bringing a first taste of it to Bentoville: a multi-course Korean BBQ feast, grilled over binchotan charcoal and served with an array of housemade side dishes.
