Christmas Kaiseki

Christmas Kaiseki is the oldest tradition we have. It was the very first Food Concert we ever hosted, the event that introduced Chef Shinichiro Takagi's cooking to Northwest Arkansas. Five years later, Chef Shin still makes the trip from Kanazawa every December, and we look forward to it all year. This December, Chef Shin and Chef Billy Kong return for our fifth Christmas Kaiseki, a multi-course progression of seasonal Japanese dining where every dish is prepared with precision, showcasing rare ingredients. Whether you've joined us every year or this will be your first, we'd love to celebrate with you. Due to the nature of kaiseki, seats are limited.
