Christmas Kaiseki

Christmas Kaiseki has become an annual Bentoville tradition, where guests ring in the holidays with an exquisite multi-course feast.
This year, Michelin-starred chefs Shinichiro Takagi and Billy Kong enchanted guests with creations featuring local, Japanese, and European ingredients. The menu featured “jewel box” Japanese snow crab from Kanazawa, known for its sweet and tender meat and locally sourced pan-fried beef enriched with the deep earthy flavor of Italian truffle.
Like all Christmas Kaiseki events since, this Food Concert celebrated the season with a harmonious blend of inventive techniques and traditional elegance.
