Guests celebrated the season with an exquisite multi-course meal prepared by Michelin-starred chefs Shinichiro Takagi and Billy Kong.

Christmas Kaiseki holds a special place in our hearts. It was the very first Food Concert we ever hosted to introduce Chef Shin’s artistry to Northwest Arkansas. For the third year in a row, we proudly continued the tradition.

Kaiseki is precise and elegant Japanese high cuisine that honors local and rare ingredients, the spirit of the season, the traditions of past masters, and the innovation of new chefs.

This year, we offered two ways to enjoy it:

Our seven-course “Introduction to Kaiseki” allowed newcomers to taste the essence of kaiseki, while our eleven-course “Kaiseki Masters” experience gave devoted fans a deeper exploration of this intricate culinary art.
